Northwest Permanente, P.C. is currently seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our Longview/Kelso clinic community. Candidates should have experience with telehealth and digital health, or adaptability to incorporate virtual care into practice.

$477,000 to $554,000 – Projected Annual Total Rewards Value*

• Salary: $271,000 to $308,000
• 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)

• Primary Care Panel Incentive – up to $55K
