Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent to join our Seat Integration Team (SIT Operations) in Everett , Washington or Renton , Washington .

The Seat Integration Supply Chain Operations team works closely with engineering, airline customers, and supplier partners to develop, certify, and deliver world-class commercial airplane seating. What you will do:

• Manage supplier relationships and lead project activities to meet development program milestones, certification, and customer introductions.
• Monitor and communicate supply, demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance.
• Define and communicate clear performance expectations and metrics; evaluate and report supplier performance.
• Drive supplier production readiness for entry into service, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and recovery actions.
• Consult with cross-functional Boeing stakeholders to resolve supplier performance or delivery issues.
• Gather and maintain supplier product portfolio data and perform system transactions and data entry as required.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to assess seat offer ability and coordinate early engagement with airline customers.
• Provide analysis, propose practical solutions, and manage expectations to meet customer and program needs.

Basic Qualifications (required on day one) Candidates must meet all of the following objective requirements:

• 3+ years of project or program management experience
• 3+ years of procurement and supply chain experience
• 3+ years using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• 3+ years demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 25%)

Preferred Qualifications (nice to have / Level 3):

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, engineering, supply chain, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years experience drafting, negotiating, or executing complex contracts/subcontracts
• 5+ years experience developing strategy or supply plans
• 5+ years experience in aerospace, aviation, or high-volume manufacturing

Summary Pay Range:

Level 2: $80,170 - $101,600

Level 3: $94,900 - $128,200
