How You Will Create the Extraordinary Participate in a comprehensive dealer training program and learn casino table games. Develop knowledge of game rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Practice and demonstrate dealing techniques, chip handling, and game management skills. Deliver friendly, professional, and engaging service to every guest. Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere at the gaming tables. Maintain game integrity and follow all company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations. Learn to accurately handle chips, cash transactions, and payouts.Work closely with experienced dealers, supervisors, and team members to build confidence and expertise. Successfully complete training requirements and evaluations to qualify for a Dealer position. What You Will Need High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Louisiana Gaming Permit. Strong customer service and communication skills. Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately. Dependable, professional, and eager to learn. Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or entertainment experience is a plus, but not required.
