Aerotek is hiring for Machine Operators!

Middleborough, MA | $24.20/hr

Join a leading manufacturer of precision fluidic components and systems. We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to support production in a clean, quality-driven manufacturing environment.

Shift

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM
• Monday to Thursday
• Overtime available

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including brushing, lapping, rolling, drilling, chamfering, and grinding machines
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Perform quality checks and document production results
• Make minor machine adjustments to maintain quality standards
• Maintain machine lubrication and remove scrap material
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and specifications

Qualifications

• 3+ years of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience using precision measuring tools
• Ability to read blueprints; GD&T knowledge is a plus
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
• High attention to detail and quality

The pay range for this position is $24.20 - $24.20/hr.
