Field Sales Consultant

Job Summary This role is responsible for the promotion and selling of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned territory. The position focuses on individual direct sales and/or multiple dwelling units to establish relationships and meet sales targets, utilizing extensive product knowledge and sales experience. Core Responsibilities Showcase Comcast product expertise and promote/sell to customers by door‑to‑door canvassing in an assigned area. Demonstrate current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products including features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns. Communicate and develop rapport with customers effectively. Evaluate individual customers’ existing and potential product needs and make recommendations. Increase customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models, and the unique benefits over other providers. Evaluate offers from other companies and frame a response to showcase the advantages of Comcast. Meet the physical requirements of the job, including the ability to walk and/or travel door‑to‑door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions. Obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses required to sell and/or design alarm systems as law permits. Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
