Senior Manager, Supply Chain

Senior manager responsible for leading supply chain operations at a medical technology manufacturing facility in Columbus. Oversees production planning, material management, procurement, sterilization, warehousing, and logistics while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Develops strategy aligned with global objectives and coaches team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly S&OP process and manage capacity planning across production, materials, and procurement functions
• Issue Master Production Schedules, manage Material Requirement Planning, and oversee inventory and warehousing operations
• Oversee sterilization department operations, meet service level targets, and manage finished goods logistics
• Develop and coach supply chain team members while setting annual goals aligned with plant and global operations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, procurement savings, and inventory optimization while ensuring GMP and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering
• Seven years of logistics and/or supply chain management experience
• Advanced leadership abilities and team building skills
• Proficient decision-making, coaching, communication, and presentation skills
• Strategic thinking capability and understanding of Lean and Six Sigma
• Proficient computer skills
• Management experience with hourly production and technical associates preferred
