Licensed Electrician (DE/MD) - Solar Install & Sign-On Bonus

Venture Solar is hiring a DE and/or MD Licensed Electrician.

$1500 SIGN ON BONUS FOR MD ELECTRICIAN LICENSE

As a Licensed Electrician in the state of DE/MD, you will be responsible for: Executing plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning PV solar systems Installing electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair damaged units What you'll bring: Valid Electrical license in the state of DE and/or MD Must be willing to drive to the Wilmington, DE warehouse every morning Experience as an electrician with solar required Experience in residential or commercial electrical systems preferred Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter, etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts with paid overtime A valid driver's license is required Can work well independently and as part of a team Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to climb ladders and work on pitched residential roofs Ability to work in attics Additional Company Benefits: Affordable Health, vision, dental and life insurance with monthly employer contributions HSA, FSA, Employee Assistance Program and more Company 401K with Company match after 1 year Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Employee Bonus for Referrals Reward for excellence bonus structure Full time work 40+ hours, overtime pay for over 40 hours in 1 week.
