Architectural Designer

We’re seeking an Architectural Designer at the junior to intermediate level to join our team. Responsibilities The role will focus on supporting the design development, documentation, coordination and construction of a new, ground-up single family residential project. The ideal candidate possesses a strong design sensibility, a deep interest in material craftsmanship, baseline technical understanding of building assemblies. Qualifications Minimum education: B.Arch 1‑5 years of post graduate work experience Motivated, curious and proactive with strong design skills Organized, collaborative, and a reliable team player and willingness to learn Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite Ability to maintain and develop precise 3D digital models and 2D drawing sets Excellent verbal, written, visual communication skills Consultant Coordination Experience with Construction Documents High craft and physical model making abilities and hand sketching abilities Keen interest in working with creative private residential projects Legal work status in the US Our studio operates in a hybrid work schedule: Primarily in person at the Brooklyn office alongside other team members, with remote working days aligned to individual schedule and project needs.
