Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with credentials for Arizona or eligibility to obtain
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation requirements
• Ability to provide individualized and group therapy sessions
• Skilled at collaborating with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for students
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and updates on student progress
• Deliver direct therapy services to support fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Educate and support teachers and parents with strategies to enhance student participation in school activities
• Maintain detailed records, documenting treatment plans, sessions, and outcomes
