HR Technology & Shared Services Leader
Location: Granger, Indiana (Fully Onsite)
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000
Role Summary:
Lead HR technology, analytics, and shared services functions to drive efficient, data-driven HR operations. Partner with HR and business leaders to optimize systems, enhance service delivery, and support organizational strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Change management and process improvement mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience:
- 7–8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
- Experience managing HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP)
- Proven track record leading HR system implementations and upgrades
- Experience with HR shared services models and service delivery optimization
- Background in HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
