Regional EHS Manager — Fort Lauderdale, Florida

I’m working with a leading GC seeking a Regional EHS Manager to support its growing mission-critical division.

This individual will provide regional safety leadership, support multiple project teams, and ensure consistent implementation of environmental, health, and safety programs.

Responsibilities

Provide EHS leadership across multiple projects and locations
Implement and monitor company safety policies and procedures
Conduct project audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Support project-specific safety planning and corrective actions
Review site-specific safety programs and JHAs
Coordinate employee and trade-partner safety training
Investigate incidents and communicate findings to leadership
Advise operations teams regarding OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and local regulations
Mentor site-level safety professionals and field leadership

Qualifications

Construction EHS leadership experience
Experience supporting multiple projects or a regional operation
Mission-critical, data center, industrial, or large commercial experience preferred
Strong knowledge of OSHA and applicable EHS regulations
Strong leadership, communication, and training abilities
Ability to work effectively with project executives, field teams, and trade partners
CHST, CSP, GSP, or OSHA 500/510 - Relevant Certifications required
