What You'll Be Doing

• Operate fabrication equipment including laser cutters, press brakes, saws, and other CNC machinery
• Start projects at the saw and advance into additional fabrication tasks
• Monitor cut quality, hole accuracy, and overall part precision
• Adjust machine settings and nesting techniques to improve efficiency and output
• Assist with Python-based laser programs and .DXF file creation
• Identify and work with materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, plate, tube, and bar stock
• Support production across press brake, shear, and other equipment as needed
• Perform physical tasks including kneeling, crouching, and reaching when required

What We're Looking For

• Fabrication or CNC experience, or strong mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn
• Interest in operating laser and press brake equipment
• Understanding of materials, gauges, and fabrication processes is a plus
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support multiple areas

This is a permanent position based out of Waconia, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
