Property Manager

Title: Property Manager

Salary: $150,000 base + 10% annual bonus

Location: Boston, MA (On-site)

Property Manager Responsibilities

Oversee daily property operations, tenant relations, maintenance, and service delivery
Manage vendors, third-party service providers, contracts, inspections, and work orders
Assist with budgeting, P&L oversight, AP/AR, cost analysis, and operational reporting
Coordinate construction projects, multi-trade requests, and ongoing property improvements
Support property personnel, hospitality initiatives, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance

Property Manager Qualifications

Commercial property management, hospitality, or related real estate experience
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L oversight, AP/AR, and cost analysis
Experience managing vendors, service contracts, tenant relationships, and building operations
Proactive and solutions-oriented leadership style with strong organizational and project management skills
Bachelor's degree or at least two years of relevant professional experience
