Responsibilities:

• Personnel management including all associated individual tasks (initiating disciplinary measures employee appraisals performance reviews personnel development etc.)
• Ensuring effective workforce scheduling (vacation and shift planning)
• Participation in headcount and CAPEX planning
• Involvement in the processing of complaints and deviations
• Independent and continuous development of the area of responsibility
• Assuming (partial) project responsibility within a defined framework
• Ensuring continuous audit readiness
• Trustful collaboration with internal and external interfaces (e.g. production areas TS CS plant management TCC/SEC)
• Independent compliance with standards legal regulations (e.g. Working Hours Act occupational safety regulations) as well as internal company policies (SOPs works agreements etc.)

Qualifications :

• 5 years of experience in a comparable role with managerial responsibility in a quality environment.
• This role requires specialist knowledge in quality management with leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of leadership methods (e.g. conducting appraisals employee development)
• Good IT/computer user skills (e.g. Office applications MES & ERP)
• Very good knowledge of the required QM guidelines
• Advanced knowledge of testing procedures and measurement technology
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g. products and processes)
• Good English skills (spoken and written)
