Responsibilities Research target markets, consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify marketing opportunities. Present research findings, insights, and recommendations to the marketing and sales team. Create engaging marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, digital advertisements, promotional materials, photography, and video. Assist in managing social media platforms by scheduling content, monitoring engagement, analyzing performance metrics, and recommending improvements. Support marketing campaigns that promote hotel stays, conferences, meetings, weddings, dining experiences, and special events. Collaborate with the sales team to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas that strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement. Support community outreach efforts and help represent the I Hotel and Illinois Conference Center at events when needed. Track campaign results and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and overall marketing effectiveness. Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in social media platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. Why Join Our Team?
