Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys blending creative design skills with digital marketing execution. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our efforts to expand market presence through technology-driven initiatives, including email marketing, social media, spec samples, virtual presentations, and other creative assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects with strong attention to detail and timeliness.

- Create, edit, and optimize artwork and graphics using Adobe Illustrator for various marketing collateral.

- Support digital marketing efforts, including developing and executing email campaigns, social media content, and online promotions.

- Assist in the creation of spec samples, virtual mockups, and product visualizations to help drive sales and client engagement.

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and increase market share through innovative tools and technologies.

- Maintain organized project files, timelines, and communication across internal teams and external clients.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure all deliverables align with brand standards and campaign goals.

- Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership.

Qualifications

- Highly organized with excellent project management and multitasking abilities.

- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (required) with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills.

- Experience with digital marketing tools (email platforms, social media schedulers, etc.).

- Familiarity with creating spec samples, virtuals, or product renderings is a strong plus.

- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Previous experience in marketing, design, or coordination is preferred.

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field is a plus.
