Role Senior Professional Education Manager overseeing surgical skills training programs for US and CALA healthcare professionals. Objectives Plan, execute, and manage national cadaver labs, visiting surgeon programs, and symposia, ensuring high-impact educational events and compliance. Responsibilities Collaborate with marketing and medical affairs to develop content and agendas, select and engage HCP faculty, manage budgets and AOP contributions, and build long-term relationships with KOLs. Also responsible for coordinating VSP events and strengthening ties with professional societies. Requirements Bachelor's degree, 10+ years in medical education or related project leadership, strong KOL management, presentation skills, leadership, and project management abilities. Knowledge of compliance, experience in medical marketing, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments are essential. Preferred Experience with surgical education, strategic planning, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. High-Value Focus on medical education within surgical or healthcare professional training, with extensive stakeholder coordination, compliance adherence, and budget management.
