M365 SharePoint Product Manager
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business services sector, is seeking a M365 SharePoint Product Manager to join their team. As a M365 SharePoint Product Manager, you will be part of the Digital Collaboration team supporting enterprise-wide SharePoint solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset.
Location: Charlotte, NC or Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)
Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion

What's the Job?
- Define and develop the vision and strategic roadmap for SharePoint SE and SharePoint Online within the program.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product features and epics.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Support and work closely with Product Owners and development teams to deliver maximum value through innovative solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data, user feedback, and industry best practices to enhance SharePoint services.
What's Needed?
- Previous experience in Product Management, especially with SharePoint SE and SharePoint Online.
- Proficiency in managing large and complex product rollouts in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate vision, strategy, and technical details to diverse audiences.
- Technical expertise in Agile methodologies, JIRA, SDLC, and Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platforms.
- Strong ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
