Hiring Associate

To support a growing recruiting firm, the part-time Hiring Associate will review resumes, conduct Zoom interviews, and track candidates through the hiring process while working remotely and setting their own hours. Key responsibilities: Review resumes and determine candidate suitability for interviews Conduct 15 to 30-minute Zoom interviews to assess candidate qualifications Update the applicant tracking system (ATS) daily to maintain current candidate information Required qualifications: Preferred background in financial or wealth management, with experience as a Client Service Associate being ideal HR experience is a plus but not mandatory Ability to make decisions on candidate progression after interviews Must have a computer with video capability and a quiet space for conducting interviews Availability for scheduled interviews, with a flexible commitment of approximately 15-20 hours per week
