Marketing Manager — National Floors Direct National Floors Direct is looking for a talented, analytical, and execution-oriented Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role will help manage and optimize NFD’s marketing efforts across multiple markets and channels, with a heavy focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, performance marketing, and measurable ROI. The Marketing Manager will work closely with senior leadership and our internal and external marketing partners to improve marketing performance and support continued growth across the business. Key Responsibilities: Manage and evaluate performance across digital, television, direct response, and other customer acquisition channels Track lead volume, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, conversion, revenue, and return on advertising spend Analyze performance by market, channel, campaign, and creative Work with agency and media partners to optimize budgets and improve results Coordinate promotional campaigns, offers, creative, and messaging across channels Partner closely with Sales and Inside Sales to understand lead quality and downstream conversion Help improve attribution, reporting, and the connection between marketing spend and actual sales results Identify opportunities to increase lead volume, improve efficiency, and accelerate growth We’re looking for someone who is highly analytical but equally comfortable executing. The right candidate understands that great marketing isn't just about generating leads — it’s about generating profitable customers. Experience with performance marketing, lead-generation businesses, home improvement, direct-to-consumer, or other high-volume consumer businesses is strongly preferred.
