Experienced Recruiter – Level II/III

Location: Corporate Office
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 DOE
Additional Pay: Recruiting Incentives + Bonuses
Gas Allowance Provided

We are seeking an  experienced Recruiter (Level II or III)to join our Corporate team.  This is not an entry-level position.

Requirements

• Previous recruiting experience required
• Staffing/high-volume recruiting experience preferred
• Bilingual in Vietnamese or Spanish required
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with job boards and candidate sourcing

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
• Manage candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline
• Meet recruiting and placement goals
• Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment requirements

$50K–$60K DOE + recruiting incentives, bonuses, and gas allowance.
