Call Center Client Account Manager III (Full‑time, Office‑Based, 20% Travel) MCI is looking for an experienced Call Center Client Account Manager III to oversee enterprise and public‑sector client relationships and service delivery. This senior‑level, full‑time position is office‑based with up to 20% travel. Responsibilities Manage the day‑to‑day client relationship, including strategic planning, change management, process creation and adherence, and service delivery. Develop a detailed understanding of client products and services. Design and implement process solutions. Produce client scorecards and conduct business reviews. Drive ongoing continuous improvement initiatives. Identify and resolve issues. Manage projects for new launches and initiatives. Optimize program efficiency and financial performance. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in account management of contact center clients. Strong public‑speaking skills and ability to build professional relationships. High degree of ownership and strong work ethic. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience managing complex business processes. Effective communication and analytical/problem‑solving skills. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 18 years of age. Lean Six Sigma, Six Sigma, or project‑management certification is a plus.
