This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and making a difference in a long-term care setting. Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse license Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required Supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift Monitor medication administration, blood draws, and other aspects of resident care Conduct nursing rounds on each unit throughout the shift Provide education and support to staff, residents, and families Ensure nursing staff follow local, state, and federal regulations Work closely with the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator Other duties as assigned Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Schedule & Benefits: 3p–11p shift $48–$50/hour Flexible pay option available Health, dental, and vision benefits PTO for full-time employees Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment Join Complete Care at Bayshore and become part of a team where your leadership, experience, and compassion truly make a difference.
