Position As a Behavior Technician (BT) you will work with a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement impactful care in home settings, helping children learn new skills and reach milestones. What you'll do Provide in‑person behavior intervention services in home, school, and community settings. Collect and record data on child behaviors. Track progress, influence care plans, and celebrate milestones. Partner closely with BCBAs and help inform treatment plans so children receive the best care possible. Prepare various documentation as required. Understand and implement the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) as identified by the BCBA. Observe, measure, and record behavior, identify progress and regression in a safe and supportive environment. Prompt safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors to build a repertoire of communication, social interaction, and problem‑solving skills. Ensure that behavior change is lasting and demonstrates that the interventions used are responsible for behavior changes. Implement treatment plan goals and interventions using sound judgment and seek appropriate consultation. Collaborate with family and treatment team members to provide treatment effectively without disrupting the environment. Educate parents on reinforcement and early intervention information. Perform other duties as assigned. What you need High school diploma or equivalent. ABA experience preferred. Pass background check. Reliable transportation. Multi‑tasking skills. Effective oral, written, and reading communication skills. Job Types Full‑time, Part‑time are both available. Salary $22.00 – $24.00 per hour. Benefits Flexible schedule. Health insurance.
