You will report to the Center Administrator. This is an onsite outpatient clinic located in Spartanburg, SC.

Job Duties

You will perform clinical duties including, but not limited to:

• Discussing symptoms and obtaining vital signs
• Medication and vaccine administration
• Phlebotomy and specimen collection
• Sterilizing and cleaning equipment; maintaining examination rooms
• Accurately documenting patient information in the electronic medical records system
• Communicating effectively with patients in English and Spanish

Required

• Successful completion of MA school/training program and a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or Certified/Registered Medical Assistant with 5+ years of experience and approval from Provider
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR certification
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required); must pass a proficiency exam before foreign‑language communication
• Phlebotomy experience
• This role is considered patient facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Preferred

• Medication and vaccine administration experience
• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
• Value‑Based Care experience, including knowledge of HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, and CAHPS/HOS Patient Experience

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $43,000 - $56,200 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
