Job Description Fleet B2B Sales Location: Lewisville, Texas (On-Site). Company: Via Tire. Compensation: $70,000 base + Commission (OTE $80,000–$120,000+). About Us: Via Tire is revolutionizing the tire industry in Dallas–Fort Worth with a premium mobile tire service van fleet and a state‑of‑the‑art shop in Lewisville. We combine the convenience of on‑site service with the expertise and equipment reserved for the highest‑end shops, serving individuals, fleets, and luxury/exotic car owners. Via Tire is changing the way companies manage their fleets, bringing fast, reliable, on‑site tire service directly to them. Our mission is simple: eliminate downtime, save businesses money, and deliver next‑level convenience. We’re growing quickly and looking for a driven, relationship‑focused B2B Sales Lead Generation Representative to help us expand our commercial client base. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and qualify new commercial and fleet accounts through outbound outreach, networking, and cold calling. Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet managers, logistics companies, dealerships, and service managers. Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and track progress in our CRM. Conduct presentations and product demos to demonstrate how Via Mobile Tire can streamline operations and reduce costs. Work closely with leadership to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly growth targets, expanding our presence in the B2B market. Qualifications 2+ years of B2B sales, or business development experience (experience in fleet, automotive, logistics, or service industries preferred). Proven track record of prospecting and securing new business. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Highly motivated self‑starter with a “hunter” mindset and strong follow‑through. Experience with CRM tools and lead management best practices. Compensation Base Salary: $70,000+ (DOE). Commission: 7.5% on gross profit of new fleet/commercial accounts, plus bonuses for hitting growth targets. OTE (On‑Target Earnings): $80,000 – $120,000+ in first year with upside as business scales.
