Registered Nurse RN Infusion

Schedule Part‑time, daytime 8‑hour shifts, generally 08:00–16:30 pm, Monday to Friday. No weekends or holidays. Location & Facility Prime Healthcare, St Mary's Infusion Center, Chicago, IL 60622. Free parking available. Overview IV Solution Department – Registered Nurse with direct patient care within the scope of practice in the Infusion Center. Administers IV therapy, monitors vital signs and medication reactions, instructs patients, staff, and families about infusion medications and premeds, and responds to side effects or adverse reactions during infusion. Responsibilities The RN provides direct patient care within the scope of practice in the Infusion Center. Administers IV therapy to patients. Monitors patients' vital signs and reactions to medication. Instructs patients, staff, and families about infusion medications and premeds. Responds to side effects and/or adverse reactions during infusion. Qualifications Current and valid state RN license. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintained current. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Salary is estimated at $35.35 to $53.58 per hour; exact compensation will be determined during hiring based on factors such as skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
