Procurement Contracts Specialist

Procurement Contracts SpecialistDuration-6+ MONTHS5+ years of experience related to IT procurement/sourcing and contracts management experience. Contract experience related to IT, SaaS and hardware contracts is required. Experience related to SaaS/hardware/licensing work. Understanding of licensing structure, creating a negotiation strategy, and writing contracts. Experience redlining contracts (MSA or SOW) related to Terms and conditions coming from overarching MSA. Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with high volume of transactional contracts. Experience supporting a technology organization and partnering with different cross-functional teams to work through contracts (ie. legal, security, vendor partners, etc.). Retail technology experience is highly preferred. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with e-signature tools and spend management tools. Four-year undergraduate degree (preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field). Background in legal is a plus.Skills:Adobe Sign for E-signature toolRaindrop for spend management toolsExperience with indirect procurement (strategic sourcing, category/supplier/spend management), contractsStrong knowledge of procurement, contracting and vendor management principlesExcellent attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent negotiation skillsExcellent organizational, problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to manage and resolve conflicts successfully
