Procurement Analyst

Job Title: Procurement Specialist Location-Type: Remote (USA) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Contract through May 7, 2027 Compensation Range: $37-$47/hr W2 This role supports the client's procurement function by developing sourcing solutions, administering purchase orders in Coupa, and maintaining strong vendor and stakeholder relationships. Job Summary Develop efficient procurement solutions and support senior management in the creation and implementation of sourcing strategies. Facilitate the creation of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders within the client's Coupa ERP system. Maintain vendor relations by identifying and resolving issues with orders in a timely manner. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization. Lead procurement administration efforts with a primary focus on Coupa system management. Partner with Legal and Security teams during new vendor onboarding to ensure all business requirements are met from the outset. Minimum Requirements Experience with Coupa or a comparable enterprise procurement or ERP platform. Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret procurement data and support decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder and vendor engagement. Demonstrated experience in procurement administration, including purchase requisitions and purchase order management.
