M.E.S.O., Inc. is looking for a Parts Associate to join our team supporting construction and industrial equipment customers across the Southeast. This is a great fit for someone with hands-on parts experience who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and getting customers what they need, when they need it. Responsibilities

What you will do:

• Source, order, and manage inventory for construction equipment and/or automotive parts
• Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email to identify and fulfill parts needs
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
• Maintain organized inventory records and update systems as stock levels change
• Collaborate with technicians and service teams to ensure the right parts are available for repairs
• Research and price parts, including special orders and hard-to-find items
• Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to support competitive pricing and availability
• Provide safe, superior customer service on every interaction
• Support warehouse organization, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

• Parts experience in construction equipment and/or automotive industry
• Basic computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong teamwork, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to safe, superior customer service as a top priority
• High school diploma and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
