Director of Market Development

Experienced professionals will find a full-time salaried opportunity as the Director of Market Development, responsible for developing engagement strategies and managing stakeholder relationships to support new data center projects, while working remotely or onsite in various locations. Key responsibilities Collaborate with development teams to secure approvals for data center sites and ensure long-term operational conditions Develop and implement strategic market development plans to enhance project success and business objectives Maintain and foster relationships with government officials, industry associations, and community leaders to support public engagement Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in public affairs, corporate communications, government relations, or economic development, particularly in technology or infrastructure Proven success in developing and executing strategic communications plans Deep understanding of public policy processes and regulatory environments affecting data centers Excellent ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders Experience in crisis communications and issues management
