Daytime hours, no late nights, and your evenings and weekends to enjoy life outside of work!What You'll Love About This RoleWork-Life Balance: Enjoy daytime shifts without the late evenings and weekend schedules common in retail pharmacy.Consistent Full-Time Hours: Work approximately 36–40 hours per week.Competitive Pay: Earn $55–$60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.Variety in Your Workday: Support multiple Good Day Pharmacy locations throughout Northern Colorado.Locally Owned & Operated: Be part of an independent pharmacy that values relationships, teamwork, and patient-centered care.Supportive Team Environment: Work alongside dedicated pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who genuinely care about their patients and one another.What You'll DoAs a Flex Staff Pharmacist, you'll play an important role in keeping our pharmacies running smoothly by providing pharmacist coverage wherever it's needed throughout our Northern Colorado locations.Your responsibilities will include:Accurately dispense prescriptions and ensure patient safety.Provide medication counseling, education, and clinical guidance to patients.Oversee pharmacy technicians and support daily pharmacy operations.Collaborate with pharmacy teams to maintain efficient workflows and exceptional customer service.Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal pharmacy regulations.Administer immunizations and provide other pharmacy services as applicable.Travel between assigned Good Day Pharmacy locations based on staffing and operational needs.What We're Looking ForActive, unrestricted Colorado Pharmacist license in good standing.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.A patient-first mindset and commitment to excellent customer service.Ability to work independently while collaborating with different pharmacy teams.Flexibility to work at multiple locations throughout Northern Colorado, from Wellington to Longmont.Dependability, adaptability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.Retail pharmacy experience preferred.Why Good Day Pharmacy?We're not your typical big-box pharmacy.
