This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for attracting top talent, fostering an engaged workforce, ensuring legal compliance, and creating a culture where team members can thrive.The ideal candidate brings strong hotel HR leadership experience, sound business judgment, and the ability to influence leaders at all levels while balancing employee advocacy with organizational goals.What You Will Be DoingStrategic HR LeadershipCollaborate with the General Manager and Executive Leadership Team to align people strategy with business goals.Drive workforce planning, succession planning, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.Lead organizational culture efforts that promote accountability, inclusion, and service excellence.Talent Acquisition & Workforce DevelopmentDevelop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top hospitality talent.Oversee the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process.Create and support leadership development, training, and career advancement programs.Monitor staffing levels and turnover trends and implement effective retention solutions.Employee Relations & Performance ManagementServe as the primary resource for employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes.Coach department leaders on performance management, communication, and employee development.Ensure fair, consistent application of company policies and employment practices.Compliance & Risk ManagementMaintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Oversee HR policies, personnel records, audits, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and leave administration.Ensure proper administration of employee relations practices and risk mitigation strategies.Benefits & HR AdministrationOversee benefit programs, leave administration, and employee wellness initiatives.Ensure accurate HRIS administration, reporting, recordkeeping, and data integrity.Analyze workforce metrics to support informed business decisions.Why You Will Love It HereOpportunity to serve as a key member of the hotel's executive leadership team.Ability to make a lasting impact on team member engagement, culture, and organizational success.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Career growth and development opportunities within a dynamic hospitality organization.Collaborative leadership environment that values innovation, accountability, and people-first leadership.Ready to Lead?If you are a strategic and results-driven Human Resources professional who thrives in hospitality and is passionate about developing people, strengthening culture, and supporting business success, we encourage you to apply.EOEQualificationsWhat Makes You YouBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience in a hotel environment required.Experience supporting a full-service, luxury, resort, or multi-property hospitality operation strongly preferred.Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, employment law, talent acquisition, and leadership coaching.Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations.Proven ability to influence leaders, build trust, and drive organizational change.Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills.Experience with HRIS systems, workforce analytics, and compliance reporting.Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are a plus.
