What You'll Do
- Administer anesthesia procedures as part of a surgical team at a leading inpatient facility
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels accordingly
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and healthcare staff to ensure patient safety
- Maintain detailed anesthesia records and documentation
- Follow established protocols to ensure compliance with all safety standards
- Provide pre- and post-operative patient care and assessment
- Assist in emergency situations as needed
What You Need
- Virginia RN license with CRNA certification
- Minimum of [X years] of anesthesia experience
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and patient monitoring
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
