Responsibilities Lead the store’s leadership team and drive an abets‑in‑class customer experience. Coach and develop associates, ensuring operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards. Assist in maximizing profitability, fostering an inclusive team culture, and contributing to store success. Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions. Support store team in achieving sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs and ensuring individual goals are met. Model selling behaviors and promote a consumer‑centric mindset through authentic customer interactions. Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation. Support stockroom operations, organizing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring timely product flow to the sales floor. Assist in training and onboarding new team members and provide ongoing feedback and support. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure replenishment aligns with brand directives. Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss‑prevention practices. Promote community engagement by participating in local initiatives and events. Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and learning. Qualifications 1+ years of retail or store‑leadership experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred (but work experience and achievements are valued). Skill in driving results through teams and exceeding sales and profit goals. Strong coaching, motivating, and building high‑performing, diverse team experience. Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence at all levels. Solution‑oriented, flexible, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment. Capable of working independently, managing shifting priorities, and meeting business expectations. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools. Physical ability to stand, move, bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and lift light to moderate weight (with or without reasonable accommodation). Compensation and Benefits Hiring Range: $17.50 – $22.80 USD per hour. Incentive Potential: Eligibility for an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
