Manager, Finance (O2C & Fin Integration)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Finance Technology Manager to oversee strategy and delivery of systems supporting Order to Cash and Finance integration. The role requires hands-on SAP expertise and cross-functional collaboration to build scalable, automated solutions across commercial and financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Own and support technology capabilities for Order to Cash processes from customer master data through cash application
- Lead SAP SD and Order to Cash integration with Finance, Supply Chain, logistics, tax, and external systems
- Drive improvements in order accuracy, billing accuracy, and revenue recognition across processes
- Develop and maintain technology roadmap aligned with business strategy and ERP transformation initiatives
- Manage strategic technology partners and third-party vendors supporting O2C and Finance functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or ERP systems with Order to Cash focus
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP SD and Order to Cash capabilities and integrations
- Experience managing customer master data, billing, invoicing, collections, and cash application systems
- Ability to partner across Commercial Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and IT functions
- Knowledge of finance integration points including revenue recognition, receivables, and reporting
