What We're Looking For

• Education: Associate's degree in Education or Business Administration (or equivalent experience) required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in a contact center environment preferred, with a exceptional focus on customer service training and call center metrics.
• Skillset:
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and interactive training techniques.
  • Outstanding presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Outstanding organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities under tight timelines.
• Mindset: A positive, self-motivated problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at motivating others!

Responsibilities

As a Program Ready Trainer, you'll be the spark that ignites team success! You'll shape the employee journey from day one through hands-on learning, ongoing mentorship, and skill development.

• Lead & Inspire: Facilitate engaging, customer-focused training modules for small classes (up to 12 associates).
• Design & Deliver: Create high-impact educational materials, including interactive module summaries and engaging video content.
• Mentor & Support: Guide new hires as they onboard and provide continuous coaching and refresher training to existing team members.
• Partner for Impact: Work closely with leadership to identify training needs, track key performance metrics (KPIs), and evaluate overall training effectiveness.
• Stay Sharp: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), staying fresh by taking calls between training projects and keeping up with modern training delivery trends
