About The Role The role owns core people operations functions, including onboarding, HRIS data management, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle support. The team relies on this position to maintain compliance, streamline HR workflows, and ensure the people-operations infrastructure scales smoothly alongside company growth. Key Responsibilities Administer the HRIS platform (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) to maintain accurate employee records, organizational charts, and data integrity Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks, I-9 verification, and equipment provisioning Partner with finance and payroll to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing and benefits administration Support employee relations inquiries, policy interpretation, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsCoordinate performance review cycles, engagement surveys, and internal people programs Identify operational bottlenecks and implement automated workflows to improve internal HR processes What We Are Looking For 2-4 years of experience in People Operations, HR generalist, or HR administration roles within a fast‑paced environment Hands-on experience with modern HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Rippling) Strong understanding of employment compliance, labor laws, and data privacy standards Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Bonus: Experience supporting tech teams or scaling organizations through rapid headcount growth #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
