Please consider joining our growing team today! Knife River Idaho is looking for a motivated and experienced Welder/Fabricator for our Idaho division. Job Responsibilities This position will require you to be able to work both independently and as a team player. Travel will be required and working in extreme weather conditions should be expected. Women, veterans and minorities are encouraged to apply. Minimum Qualifications Must have 2+ years minimum of fabrication and millwright skills Must be certified in vertical, horizontal, and overhead. Confined space training and forklift certification is a plus. Physical Requirements Requires walking, bending, squatting, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree. Requires the use of hands for grasping and fine manipulations. Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing. Head movement/rotation moving head in any direction (up, down, side to side). Wear company issued Personal Protective Equipment. Exposure to dust, fumes and gases.
