Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Description Responsibilities Review recorded sales & verification calls to ensure compliance with company policies. Review voicemail messages left for Sales and ensured follow-up. Verify orders when call volume is high. Learn all the processes within the QA Department. Review orders from start to finish to ensure accuracy. Process requests from Sales to update customer records. Other duties & special projects as assigned. Qualifications Customer service skills Strong attention to detail while maintaining focus on overall quality of work. Excellent phone etiquette Ability to effectively communicate in writing. Mid-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook Proficient typing at least 60 wpm Minimum 2 years of clerical work experience Experience in a Quality Assurance or Compliance position a plus.
