Bloomberg is seeking an experienced Head of Benefits, Americas to lead our benefits strategy and programs across the region. This senior role oversees health and welfare, retirement, wellbeing and time away programs for about 14,000 U.S. employees and 500 colleagues in eight other countries. As the regional benefits leader, you will partner with HR and Finance, shape program design, governance and analytics, manage vendor relationships, and coach a team of six benefits professionals to deliver #J-18808-Ljbffr Bloomberg
