The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the facility in a professional and respectful manner that enables the facility to use its resources effectively and efficiently to attain or maintain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being of each resident. Exceptional corporate support. Qualifications for Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA): Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration or related. Two years’ experience as an Administrator of a long‑term care facility. Current State appropriate Nursing Home Administrator License.
