Customer Service Agent/Supervisor

Grand Specialty is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Client Service Representative to join our team in Fredericksburg, Texas. In this role, you will work directly with our customers via phone and the internet, serving as a primary point of contact to ensure their needs are met with the highest level of care.

Your primary responsibility will be reviewing orders and following up on customer service related requests. Daily duties include answering incoming calls, managing voice and email correspondence, and providing dedicated customer service support. You will also manage internet and fax orders, assist with will-call orders and pickups, and support order fulfillment alongside other responsibilities as assigned by management.

To excel in this position, the most qualified applicants will be well-versed in Microsoft products and possess a strong aptitude to learn and manage new software. Familiarity with ERP software and systems is a distinct plus. We prefer candidates with at least two years of customer service experience who bring outstanding customer service skills to the table. Top candidates will also demonstrate exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively support our growing client base.
