Responsibilities

- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems  

- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime  

- Maintain interior and exterior building systems, including lighting, fixtures, and roofing  

- Respond to service calls across assigned service area  

- Build strong client relationships through professional communication  

- Maintain accurate service records and documentation  

Required Qualifications:

- HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting experience  

- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge  

- Valid driver’s license  

-EPA 608 Certification  

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with boilers and commercial systems  

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
