Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Cheese Plant Operator to support dairy manufacturing in our Milbank, SD facility. In this on-site role, you’ll operate and monitor cheese-making equipment, follow recipes and SOPs, perform quality checks, and maintain strict safety, sanitation, and food safety standards. You’ll record production data, assist with startups and changeovers, and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
