Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Cheese Plant Operator to support our Manufacturing & Production team in a modern dairy facility. In this role, you will operate and monitor cheese vats, presses, and related equipment to safely produce high-quality American-style cheeses and dairy ingredients. Responsibilities include following production schedules, maintaining sanitation and GMP standards, documenting batches, performing basic troubleshooting, and working closely with team members in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation.
