Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Cheese Plant Operator to support our Manufacturing & Production team in our modern Milbank, SD facility. In this role, you will operate and monitor cheese-making and dairy processing equipment, perform quality checks, and follow strict food safety and sanitation standards. You’ll troubleshoot basic mechanical issues, accurately record production data, and work closely with quality, maintenance, and operations teams.
