Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry, identify and manage dysrhythmias, and provide remote telemetry monitoring
• Provide pre- and post-procedural care for cardiac patients including cardiac catheterization, cardiac surgery, angiogram, and TAVR procedures
• Manage cardiac and vasoactive drips (no titration), heparin protocols, IV insulin protocols, and PCA administration
• Perform central line, PICC line, and peripheral IV care and management, including blood product administration
• Provide care for patients with CVA, post-TPA needs, seizure disorders, substance withdrawal, renal failure, and hemodialysis management
• Manage respiratory support including BiPAP/CPAP, high-flow nasal cannula, tracheostomy care, chest tubes, and ABG interpretation

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Telemetry nursing experience
• Current ACLS certification (AHA only)
• Current BLS certification (AHA only)
• Current NIHSS certification
• Ability to work every other holiday and float within the facility as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records
• Experience with pacemaker management (temporary and permanent) and TR Band use
• Background in ER holding, wound care/wound vac, and surgical drain management
