Landscaper (Bilingual Preferred)
$17 - $19 per hourExpress Employment Professionals - Raleigh
Responsibilities
- Design and implement landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, and hardscaping.
- Maintain and care for lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces to ensure they are healthy and visually appealing.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to client specifications.
- Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and manage the health of plants and landscapes, identifying and addressing any issues.
- Assist in training new team members on landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plants, horticulture, and landscaping techniques.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
