Job Description
TITLE
Registered Nurse - Critical Care

SCHEDULE
Shift: 12H Nights
Rotation: Every other weekend

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly

REQUIREMENTS
- BLS-AHA Certification
- ACLS-AHA Certification
- 2+ years of experience in a similar setting
- Experience with CT surgery
- Experience with devices such as IABP and IMPELLA
- EMR experience with EPIC required

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU and IMCU settings.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions and responses to treatment.
- Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Must float between ICU and IMCU as needed.
- Orientation is weekly.
- Color scrubs required.
